Text: Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a customer experience services provider, has acquired 100 percent stake in TekLink International, Inc., an analytics service provider, for approximately ₹485.1 Crores ($58.8 million).
SPN Advisors LLP assisted TekLink Group with the closing of the transaction, including tax planning, restructuring and drafting and reviewing of transaction documents in relation thereto. The transaction included slump sale of TekLink Software Private Limited, which is a Wholly Owned subsidiary of TekLink International Inc. to HGS.
The transaction team consisted of Varun Nagrath (Partner) along with SPN team members consisting of Rakshita Mehta, Shruti Khanna, Preeti Prasad and Kartik Garg.
